Royal Ascot Cricket Club are delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting a NatWest Locals v Legends match on the Bank Holiday Monday 26 August.

It’s going to be a great day – and we’ll be announcing more details on the site. The NatWest Legends side will be led by Michael Vaughan.

On the day we’ll be launching our Girls Cricket Coaching Programme, which will start next year. So if you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at cricket then we’ll be holding some coaching sessions and you can register your interest.

We’ll also start the fundraising for a new clubhouse.

Great news from our Under 9s, who have won the West Surrey Championship. In a nail-biting finish they beat Pyrford by 2 runs – so well done to the whole squad!

Our main ground is set within the middle of the scenic Ascot racecourse, which you can access through the underpass just off Winkfield Road.

Royal Ascot Cricket Club runs 4 Saturday League teams, which play in the Thames Valley Cricket League, 2 Sunday sides, which play friendlies, a large Colt set up with teams from Under 9 to Under 17 and a midweek XI.

Summer Coaching starts from Monday 15th April and runs through to the end of August. Age group times are:

Under 9s – Mondays 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Under 10s & 11s – Mondays 6.45pm – 8.00pm
Under 12s & 13s – Wednesdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Under 14s & 15s – Thursdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Under 17s – Tuesdays 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Seniors – Tuesdays 6.00pm – 8.00pm
