Earlier in the season, the Under 9s beat Pyrford in a closely fought contest to win the West Surrey Championship.

Tonight, they had the chance to do the double when they faced Henley away in the Berkshire final.

Deciding to bat first they put on a great total – 282 for 5 in 15 overs.

If anything though, their bowling and fielding has been their strongest suit – and tonight was no exception as they restricted Henley to 160 for 17.
