For the 2016 season, we’ve decided to launch our own Fantasy Cricket League – so you can choose your own Royal Ascot XI.

Entry is £10 to be paid to Marc Ames (when you next see him at the club) and points are earned from all the Thames Valley Cricket League matches.

If you register your team now then you can still make changes for free right up to the morning of the first League weekend (just in case someone gets injured!) on Saturday 7 May.

The money will be divided between prizes for the Top 3 and the New Clubhouse Fund – and if we get enough entries then we’ll also have some Manager of the Month prizes.

You can make one free transfer per week during the season, and any additional transfers will cost you 10 points per transfer. Don’t forget to select your Captain as they’ll earn double points – and you can also change your Captain each week.

The valuations of each player were based on a complex formula devised with the help of Duckworth, Lewis and Jack Daniels – using performances from the 2015 season.
