Colts Cricket Training Session – Week 5

Dear Players

Please find this week’s training session from Royal Ascot Cricket Club Colts below. Hopefully you will have already completed the challenges from last week.

Club News! The ECB has relaxed some of the restrictions for the cricket club and allowed limited use of the cricket nets for club member use. Please check with your Age Group Coaches and/or Nigel for further details on how to book a place. There are plenty of exercises and drills that you can do from previous weeks or check out my cricket coach on Youtube for more ideas
