The 1s were the visitors at Bagshot where they were invited to bat first. The top 3 were out quickly and Nick Sweetman 20 and Andy Murray 26 led a small recovery. Several more wickets then fell quickly and it was left to Nick Wiggett’s 37 not out to get Ascot to an under par score of 134 all out.
Adam Passfield did the damage for Bagshot bowling more than 24 overs in a spell of 7 for 49.
In the end Bagshot reached the total with 4 wickets in hand with over 10 overs left thanks to contributions of 39 from Brad Passfield and 34 from Andrew Doyle.
The 2s were at Locks Ride against undefeated Eversley 2 and were also invited to bat first. The 2s subsided to 86 all out, with only James Docker’s 40 not out the bright spot.
Alex Sykes 3 for 21 and Rezaul Roni 3 for 24 shared the bowling honours for Eversley.
Eversley made it with 7 wickets in hand off of just 18 overs as Alex Davidson 37 and Paul Ager 31 fell just before reaching the target.
The 3s were at Wargrave 3 and batted first after losing the toss. Despite 34 from Dirk Benneyworth and 26 from Tom Dummigan, Ascot made only 110 all out off 46 overs. Emma Walker taking the bowling honours with 4 for 17.
Dan Ormond led Wargrave to a 7 wicket victory off just 25.4 overs with an unbeaten 70. Tim Howson picked up 3 for 46.
Over at Valley End, the 4s entertained Bagshot 3s and invited Bagshot to bat first. Rich Medlock led Bagshot to 230 for 4 off 40 overs with 76 not out. Jason Carr was the pick of the bowlers with 3 for 44.
However, the 4s fell well below target finishing on 106 all out off 33.3 overs with Naeem top scoring with 22 and Matthew Alexander 3 for 11 and Mark Sutherland 3 for 24 leading Bagshot to an emphatic win.

The Under 15s were at Slough for their Berkshire Cup semi-final and despite the absence of several players put on a great performance to just lose in the final over.
The other colts sides did well with the Under 9 Lions beating Weybridge, the Under 10 B team winning well against Teddington Town B, the Under 11 Academy side had a 7 wicket win against Epsom and the Under 12s tied with Valley End.
